STATEMENT FROM DCF CONCERTS REGARDING COVID-19 AND LIVE MUSIC

To Live Music Fans Throughout the State and Patrons of Our Many Concerts and Venues:

As the nation continues to deal with the potential health threats that COVID-19 is posing to all we are writing to assure you that the health and safety of patrons and staff are of the utmost importance. We will continue to provide quality entertainment as long as it is safe to do so and are following all the cues of the industry and the artists that entertain you.

For the events that ARE happening at this time, note that each venue has protocol in place based on the CDC guidelines for prevention found here: www.cdc.gove/coronavirus/2019-ncov/about/prevention.html 

All staff at each venue is directed to remain at home if they fear they’ve been exposed or are feeling even slightly ill. We recommend all patrons please follow this same protocol and not put others at risk.

Extra precautions are being taken at serving stations, restrooms, and every area throughout the venue to ensure they are sanitary. Additional protocol posted inside and outside venues for patrons and staff include:

  • Clean hands often with soap and warm/hot water at least 20 seconds every opportunity available.
  • Cough/Sneeze into a tissue if possible and dispose of immediately and if one is not readily available cough/sneeze into the inside elbow area of your clothing
  • Use sanitizer of at least 60% alcohol content if soap and water are not available and cover exposed surfaces, hands, and let dry thoroughly
  • Do not touch eyes, nose, mouth with unwashed hands

We understand that events might cancel or postpone and as this happens, we will work at getting the information to the live event ticketholders as quickly as possible. Ticket purchasers can rest assured of the following:

  • Event Cancellations: All electronic ticket purchasers receive a refund and they are typically processed within 48 hours / showing up on purchaser’s credit card statement
  • Event Postponements: All tickets need to be held, awaiting the announcement of the rescheduled date. When the new date is announced, ticketholders may obtain a refund if they cannot attend the rescheduled date
